The brake fluid reservoir cap was lost, so we measured the reservoir and printed a few versions until we got the size just right.
This flip phone had a piece that "told" the phone it was closed and allowed the outside screen to turn on. When it fell and cracked off, we came up with an innovative solution that was big enough to glue on but small enough to push the button.
A piece from a window shade cracked in half (seen on the right). Even though it was a complicated shape, we were able to recreate it perfectly, with the new printed piece fitting right in.
